  1. Well, well…isn’t that nice!! It looks back at Hwy 6, a good photo shooting location.

  2. Your picture was what reminded me of this photo from 1973

  3. I begged CP to let me preserve the old signals from this location… they said no… they were smashed apart and thrown into a scrap bin.

  4. My gawd. Pleasant fellers, aren’t they ? :o (

  5. At least you tried Arnold. Love to see the other side of a pair of photos, nice work guys.

  6. No, Steve……….I know we are both brilliant having the same initials, but this is A. Medora that was after the signals. :o ) Personally I have enough “junque” around the place….and love it……..

  7. I really like this image – there are so many interesting elements. I happen to be a big fan of black & white photography – and this photograph demonstrates why. Thanks for sharing!

  8. Hey Peter. I’m sending you some snow for Christmas – so you can imagine what it looks like :)

Have a great one :) Stay warm. Hopefully we’ll have some snow images soon from the O.S.R Right Larry? :) I’ll be there too :)

  9. I’m sure Brads quite happy to keep the Plow in the Barn. I always laugh when I come across the pic you took of me after my introduction to the Plow.

  10. Stephen, your package arrived this afternoon and I can’t thank you enough. Upon opening, it ended up being a puddle of water on my Florida floor, but I truly appreciate the gesture!

  11. Glad you didn’t open that in the Porsche.

  12. This popped up on the page again, still a wonderful photo.

  13. The Guelph Jct job was a roadswitcher rather than yard job, it ran between Guelph Jct & Galt to switch Franklins off Killean siding & also to Guelph to switch industries that the day Yard job didn’t get to. I worked it as Conductor in 1977 for a few months. We usually went to Galt first, except Thursdays, where we had a standing meet with the Esso fuel truck up at Guelph Yard, where River Run Centre is now.
