    Incredible photo! It’s hard to believe there was still steam powered equipment in use by that date.

    Very cool – I believe this spot is a Tim Hortons now.

    I spent time there in the summer of 2008 and is easy to imagine , once being there, how the track layout was. Crazy it’s almost all gone.

    Can’t say for sure but this is the last time I ever saw her in use. A few years after this the C&O line was closed and traffic transferred to the CASO

    Curiosity begs the question – was this coal or oil fired by this time? Really not too familiar with Steam cranes… :) Sorry if this is a silly question!
