Caption: CP's St. Thomas Subdivision: This was a sleepy line for railfans - despite having eight trains a day through this exact spot - the fans didn't go out for it much. Now, they come out in droves for the famous Ontario Southland Railway. In this photo the crew are making comments about the photographer as I had chased from Woodstock, to Putnam and they are making a lift from the OSR interchange before returning to Woodstock (in total about a 4 hour job on this day) - and if any in this crew work for OSR now (High probability they do!)... photographers are the norm :)
My oldies again.. yeah.. 10 years ago :) Nothing like Arnold, Larry's, or Bill's but hey, it's history.

Great leader though. It is already something from the past.
Thanks Arnold.
I love the look of the crew staring at me. I believe one of those fine Gents now works for OSR
Also is it just me or is the “C” in the CP logo on the nose of 8246 crooked?
I wish I followed on this line more often in the CPR days. I never photographed OSR down there owing to sporadic and weekday only service.
