    I don’t recall WHRC ever have CP C424′s on lease, if anyone can shed light on that ??

    Perhaps this pic was taken elsewhere ??

    I believe they bought some C424 for spare parts.

    Interesting to see the “lightweight” trucks under an engine int he higher end of the number range. I thought the lightweights were all low numbers. Also, this unit was the last RS-23 built for CP.
