Caption: QGRY 2301, Refinery switcher, poses amidst a grove of Autumn browns at MP 0.87 of the Hagersville Subdivision while retrieving a cut of cars designed this day for Imperial Oil (ESSO) at Nanticoke. This string of southbound cars assembled earlier at the marshaling yard at Garnet and dropped / tied down, just short of Concession 4 Walpole, by RLHH 3404 lead & RLHH 3403. In keeping with today's game plan, the two stable mates are temporarily parked on the Stelco lead MP 0.01 with a string of cars picked up minutes before at the refinery which, in turn, will form part of to-nites northbound train RLHH 597. Did they reletter the side of 2301 to RLHH? Still looks like QGRY on the nose.
Great fall colour shot
Sorry my oversight … still looks and is QGRY. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
