It was a nice morning for a hike, and as I had never walked in east of Guelph Line, myself and friend Brian Switzer decided today would be a good day to explore the area. We knew we had an eastbound heading our way so we found a small rock ledge about a quarter of a mile in, and set up for our shot. Soon a trio of now retired EMD products entered the view finder as they headed their train towards Toronto.

  1. Ahhh…the old big red barns. Any still in service?

  2. Some now sold to CMQ, a few to Progress Rail for rebuild, all others out of service on CP

  3. Taking a stroll in the back pages of this site and came across this dandy Red Barn photo. Here is a better late than never star. :-)
