Caption: Now that I had a radio scanner, railfanning in Edmonton became much more interesting. What was cool, was the fact that the RTC's would broadcast the daily lineups each morning at 0800. I can't remember whether I heard the Sangudo Sub RTC or if I just heard the engine coming off the shop speaking with the "Switchtender". Either way, I knew that this train was headed up the Sangudo Sub, so I road my bike up to St Albert to bag this shot. It is crossing the Sturgeon River, and will service the on-line businesses all the way to Whitecourt.
