With pristine RLHH 3404 in the lead, RLHH 597 daily freight trundles across the Grand River Bridge at Caledonia in good light on a colourful, inviting Fall evening enroute to interchange at Brantford/Paris. This particular evening set the stage with an earlier than normal crossing, soft lighting, clear reflections, historic backdrop and fishing enthusiasts.

  1. Nice photo Glenn, good to see you posting on here! You’ve got an advantage hearing 597 as they depart Hagersville!

  2. Jow, you should hear the same radio chatter , you are just as close :)

  3. Magnificent work Glenn!

  4. I meant he would hear the horn as they approach/go through Hagersville :p

Scanner chatter is hard to pick up from my house :p

  5. Well not only do we hear the horn approaching from the south two concessions out and one to the north, we get to watch the livery in orange & black and to appreciate wheel chatter and motor power right from our front porch and back deck … how cool is that!

  6. It is a great shot Glenn,…total composition,,!!
