FA-1 4002 leads 903's train and has just passed under Simcoe Street, Oshawa in May 1965. The Oshawa Dairy plant can be seen in the top of the photo. It was taken over by one of the big milk companies and torn down a few years later.

  1. I mixed up Subdivision and City. s/b Belleville Sub. and Oshawa City.

  2. Today, you’d get a great shot of trees here. Passing by, you’d never know there was once an active station here.

    Ironically, it seems passenger trains will once again polish the Belleville Sub at this location with GO service announced to extend to Bownmanville, but an Oshawa station is more likely to be located east of here at the old yard connecting with the Oshawa Railway.
