This 0-4-0 was built as a steam dummy by Baldwin in 1879 for the Hamilton & Dundas Street Railway. It ended up working for the Beck lumber Co. in Penetanguishine. It was later cosmetically restored without the body and an enclosure was built around it.

    Thank the Canadian Trackside Guide for listing it. Whenever I get sent out on a site visit I try to include a quick side jaunt to anything nearby. I don’t necessarily come back by the most direct route.
