431-09 thunders west with 58 cars, most of which was for Kitchener. I was not the only fan out to catch this classic Canadian wide cab leader, with Steve Host shooting too (see his awesome shot here: http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=24171).Note the old push-button crossing activation for the Fergus Sub (Fergus spur south now). With the crossing being upgraded, this mechanism has now been rendered useless. It's interesting that, even though the GEXR didn't use this button (in the last 10 years at least) that it has a GEXR switch lock.
