After completing its morning duties bringing Oshawa commuters into Hogtown, GO Transit equipment move #458 heads out to do her next run starting at Port Credit. GO cab car 220 leads the deadheading consist westbound with F59PH 524 providing the power on the rear, seen here exiting the flyunder at Bathurst Street past empty Bathurst North Yard at 7:58am during the AM rush hour. Train #452 inbound can be seen exiting the flyunder on the other side. This L10 consist is assigned equipment set 19. What was a day in the life of set 19 like? It started its day at Willowbrook, deadheaded to Oshawa station as an equipment move, went into service Oshawa-Union as #427, went out of service at Union, and is seen here deadheading westbound as equipment move #458 to Port Credit GO station. At Port Credit it will enter service as #458 back to Union, and then deadhead back to Willowbrook around 9am. Its PM duties start around 2:00-2:30pm, when it will deadhead to Union for an equipment changeoff to take over the westbound trip of #919, then ping-pong back and forth on the Lakeshore corridor all evening until ending its day as #939 at Aldershot at 1:44xm (the next day), and deadheading back to Willowbrook (and then back in service again for the AM rush in a few hours, doing it all over again!).
