Caption: Wasting no time, CN 148 is hot on the heels of M384/501 who died on the hill due to coooold coooold temperatures and not enough air to recover the trainline. CN sent a puller crew (501) to assist but it took over an hour to pump enough air to operate the brakes. After a four hour delay, 501 finally got on the move, and in less than a hour you'd also see 148, 231, 435, and 422. During this time 551 ran from Aldershot to Milton to work the glass lead - busy times in Milton. Why were we out ? Oh yeah, that thing in the sky called Sun - makes -15 seem warmer doesn't it :)
