  1. No headlight on. The old rule book required it be repaired “as quickly as possible” and a 20 mph speed limit was to be observed at all level crossings until it is fixed.

  2. The headlight was on a few miles later. Perhaps they forgot to turn it on after leaving Taschereau Yard or perhaps it was off for a meet.
