Caption: Down to about 1mph, maybe less, CN 2115 leads 318's train to the McCowan Road crossing at mile 38.38 Bala Sub. Sound somewhat muted by the snowfall, the shuddering of the wheelslip control, just letting them slip ever so little, was easier to discern. The hogger was a good sport, who stoically embodied the 'I think I can' spirit of the moment. I took 13 minutes to move roughly 1.2 miles to the Davis Drive overpass, where the pace had noticeably improved. One of those moments that helps you remember why railroading is fascinating... the drama can be quite compelling (and no GEVO's). 1405hrs.
