Every once in a while, you find a slide that brings back a lot of memories. I used to ride the Northlander to the cottage almost every summer weekend. The Swiss trainset was a great addition to the Ontario rail scene, even is was far too small a train for weekend runs; constantly being oversold, as the ticket sellers never got their heads around a 3 car train maximum. GO Transit still ran some pretty interesting consists too; I'm still looking for ones where they borrowed CN 4016, 4017 for some double headed runs.
