This is what VIA RDC's looked like in the Spring. The CN orange would be almost black.
The slide indicates that the train is eastbound and that it was taken in Kitchener, but I do not know where it was taken, but it might have been west of Glasgow St.

  1. Looks more like out by Petersburg, tough to say things have changed a lot in 25 years!

  2. I spent some time in Google Maps, and I think that my first assessment is correct. I have the benefit of blowing it up.
    The silos at the left are still there. The train would be obscuring a much more recent religious (?) structure on the north side of the highway.
