Usually something at this location. So I drove down to the border, & sitting there were two of my favorite CP locomotives. Always liked the green & yellow colours. Photographed them often while they on Vancouver Island. Last time I saw them together!

  2. Interesting to have the modern CP lettering on the 3005 with the green rather than a full repaint.

  3. Jacob Thanks for the comment! Though I have some history on the painting of both CPR 1004 & 1005 I think the better source of information would be to contact Andy Cassidy a retired CPR employee and excellent photographer who has a lot of B.C. lower mainland RY historical knowledge.
