Caption: CN 1501, refurbished and rebuilt RDC (ex CN 15016, ex VIA 6108, ex CN 6108, ex CN D108) now a Geometry car, heads back east to test the three mains of the Oakville sub between the former Hamilton West and Burlington East. This was the only move of the day that brought the RDC onto the Dundas sub. Following testing of the CN owned Oakville Subdivision, the RDC tested to Fort Erie and back.
It's nice to see one more RDC returned to service.... here is a photo of "1501" (as 15016) in 2006 heading to Chicago for complete refurb: http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=12219
Any classic era photographers have a photo of CN 6108/D-108 or VIA 6108 they wish to share here? This would be really neat to see! Thanks to all who have a look in their collections - your time is very much appreciated.

Nice shot – when did it change numbers?
Great shot Steve.
Cool, I really enjoy the guy walking his dog.
I know where you were standing mister
Great shot Steve!
Now where is the shot of me coming off the Grimbsy Sub on A422
Yes, on RBG property
If you want I can send you a private photo of A422, I don’t think my photo makes MY cut to post it otherwise.
