Not an AC4400CW or SD40-2 in sight! A nicely-matching trio of first-generation Geeps congregate at the Southern Ontario Railway\'s former CN shops at Stuart St. Yard: GP18 1808, GP10(9) 1757 and GP7 1756 (which is in storage after an incident that bent the frame near the front). In a few years, 1756 would be scrapped, and 1757 & 1808 would face an uncertain fate as new CEFX GP20D locomotives threaten the remaining older Geep stable on SOR.

  1. The 1757 & 1808 both went top a scrap line in Winnipeg with CPR GP-9s in April/May from the BCRY.
