Caption: NS 369, the last NS train in Southern Ontario, waits for a train to clear off of the International Bridge, so it can get clearance to cross. The end of the train features 2 beaten up GO cars, probably dropped off by 422. If anyone knows where they were heading and the purpose of it, please let me know.

What were the car numbers?
2620 and 2833.
You say last NS train in Southern Ontario.
Can you clarify that, are they ending the transfer????
I meant as it’s the last remaining NS train to still service in Southern Ontario. All others like 328 now no longer exist. This one is still going strong, though.
This train has an daily identity crisis it seems… CN certainly refers to it as 369 on their rails, which was also a previous NS ID, but today it begins and ends as NS H53 at Bison Yard in Buffalo. In the last 10-15 years this train has been 445, then 369, then H3R, and now H53!
And lets not forget 445 got its symbol from NS 145 (St Thomas to Kansas City) when it was cut back to originate at Dain City at the intermodal yard near Welland. 145 still runs today, from Buffalo it would seem..
When did the Intermodel place leave Welland?
Around 1998 I am led to believe
The GO Transit cars were running at BBRX 2620 and 2833 and are heading to Kanona, NY.
Thank you. I shall be sure to note that.
