The shortest day of the year finds NECR 3840 switching out cars at the SOR's Stuart Street yard. At left, the track gang is making good progress on the new track and support structures for the new GO Transit Hamilton station and layover yard. Aside from the track, a new signal bridge has been erected along with lights on very tall poles where the old CN shop stood not too long ago.

  1. Anyone know how these new tracks are to be laid out? Interesting how the signal bridge has been placed…
