Daily Conrail transfer just arriving off the International bridge from Buffalo on this gloomy March afternoon. A CR switcher and two Geeps, all in Penn Central black are about as dull as the weather. The old Bridgeburg (B-1) station has about 14 months left at this location before it is moved to the Fort Erie Railroad Museum off down on Central Av with the Ridgeway Sta and CN 6218. Power seen are CR 9568, 5795 and 5777. The locomotives would set off the transfer, pick up traffic for Buffalo, and hopefully depart Canada within a couple of hours.

  1. How I wish a station still stood in Fort Erie.

  2. Once again, you get the action up close. Well done sir!
