What are they hauling that requires 2 buffer cars Mike? I have not scene buffer cars in KLR pics before.
Brad, it’s a 400,000lb wind turbine generator (or something similar). The buffers are in deference to the weight of the load, and likely to put some distance between the weight of the power and the load on bridges along the line.
