While heading over to my spot at the Junction to get CN330, I spot a very uncommon late Trillium move. In this spot, TR 110 is parked at the Merriton yard for the night, as the crew wait for a cab. Unfortunately the Trillium was going to service the scrap yard along the old, mostly abandon CN Thorold Spur, which is pretty uncommon. I haven't photographed it servicing the yard in 2 years. Off camera is about 4 gondolas...seeing all this parked in the yard felt nostalgic to back when CN used this as a freight yard.

  1. I seemed to forget to write why it was unfortunate that they were servicing the scrap yard. They would be doing it early in the morning when I would be in school, and I wouldn’t be able to photograph it. Just to clarify.

  2. Again, we have a photo which prompts me to wish I had a dollar for every time I would have passed this area on my way to or from Merritton High School.
