Caption: Having completed lifting a pair of cripple stack cars (brakes wouldn't release, set out earlier in the week) from the Sabic Spur, CP 8211, 4657, and 3038 rest while the crew performs the roll-by of 608, powered by CP 8912 and 6003. It's not normal to have three units on the Cobourg/Trenton Turn, and I'm at a loss as to a reason why.
No matter, it's an interesting consist, and one that has representatives of two models that seem as if they may soon be extinct from the roster; namely the GP9 and the GP40-2. A handful of GP9's remain in active service, and though half of the GP40-2 fleet remains active, there were only ever eight. It's a nice touch that an SD40-2 trails on 608. 1843hrs.
