Caption: The power on this #328 is unusual, even for a train that was known by photographers to feature just about anything that rolled. This "Stealth" lashup sneaked through Niagara until getting caught by the lens rolling over Stanley Av in Niagara Falls on its way onto the CN Stamford Sub and Fort Erie to Buffalo. Only 20 of these ES40DC NS locos are noted in the CTG; built between 2004 and 2008, and as I remember many units built during this period were rushed into service before painting, as the NS was rather power short. Two in primer, in this case 7516 and 7517, out of the 7500-7519 series, in Southern Ontario on a train was definitely rare. Likely unique.

Pretty bleak looking picture Arnold.
