Caption: CP Train T29-25, having run out of time due to MOW crews working on the main between Tilbury and Chatham, ties up on the back track in Belle River on March 25th, 2014. The train was to be lifted by a westbound later that evening, however this plan changed as the crew didn't want to make all the moves necessary to make the lift out of the back track. The RTC agreed and as a result T29 was called at 0700 on the 26th and crewed the train in Belle River. They then proceeded to Windsor, dropped the cars in the photo, made their lift and headed back to Chatham. Ironically they didn't make it back on the 26th either and ended up in the same place you seem them here.....
