CN train #439 picks up speed as it heads west through Belle River. A cut of 10 ballast cars head up the train, but CN has let most of it's infrastructure in Windsor be torn up, so who knows what the ballast is for. Maybe they are 'rail shiners' like Conrail used to use on the CASO back in the day.... :-)
