With a collection of power almost bordering ridiculous, #432, Niagara to Mac Yard, (if I recall correctly) is seen here approaching the Mainway area of Burlington with CN 3501, 3702, 4590, 4520, 4116, 4105, 2333, 3744 and 9303 and what I recall a 60-70 car train. Short, by today's standards. I'm thinking every model featured on this train is no longer on the current CN roster.....

  1. That is an amazing lashup. Only the 4100 series rebuilt GP9′s remain on the roster and their numbers are dwindling.

    KG

  2. That was the time when there was much more than just GO Trains to see on the Oakville Sub.

  3. That’s not the Oakville sub you are staring at..

  4. That’s looking west from Guelph Line Arnold….clink clink clink

  5. Thats how I got’er marked on the map, Lad. :o )

  6. is one of the two boxy cars in the upper right…one of Arnolds’ infamous vehicles..with….wait a minute….a blonde lady on one of them???

  7. Now…now…you KNOW you are just trying to stir up trouble here lol……..my dilapidated hunk of junk is not in the photo…AND..the “blonde lady” had made a run for the hills a couple months prior to this image being made. I truly think she was looking for a guy with a better car. :o (

  8. Is that all 70′s girls cared about? what you drove? :)

  9. Now that’s a lash up!

  10. Awesome! If only they could have a lash-up like that nowadays!
