The weather was absolutely awful on March 29th, with heavy rainfall and a cold wind blowing... However that just added to the ambiance as Winnipeg to Toronto X318 assaulted the Pine Orchard hill with a pair of old worn out Dash 8s. GECX 7733 and CN 2028 are seen here about to pass over Davis Drive with 91 cars on the drawbar.

  1. I heard these weren’t supposed to lead in Canada (?)

  2. They have been set up to lead in Canada. They probably don’t have fridges but they are equipped with reset safety control, spineboard, crew pack, water, etc!

  3. Is this an ex CSX unit?

  4. Brad… honestly… :)

  5. Sorry…I didn’t know what I was writing. But I love the ‘patch out’ job.
