When two of the switchers were rebuilt m u was added so could be used as shown in this photograph. I think it was the 52 and 57.

The noise from those Geep’s must have been wonderful to hear ! A very nice “moody” picture, evoking many good memories ! Don’t know if the Ridge Rd overpass is still there, but still a great photo location. Thanks for posting, John
The overpass is still there and has been rebuilt, very modern, concrete, very wide shoulders, you can park on it easily
It’s grown in something fierce though, so you can only get head on shots..
I’ve tried a couple shots over the last few years… but the CP trains go through there quite quickly.
