Caption: Parked under the huge electric overhead cranes at Vaughan container terminal, GP38-2 waits for a crew change on a crisp February day. Apparently the cranes are now out of service and may be sold off.

  1. I like this very much. I’d do a lot to get this angle myself :) Such a neat angle and great logos to boot.

  2. I’ve heard rumours that Cando now builds the trains at Vaughan? Any truth in it?

  3. Hi David, Yes, CANDO assembles the trains and then CP crews take them from Vaughan. If you can zoom on the photo that’s a CANDO pickup truck to the right of the locomotives.
