It seemed back in the mid 2000's if you heard a train with a CN GP40 in the lead there was a pretty good chance something decent was trailing it. Back around that time former BN SD40's were common just about anywhere, either sub lettered for BNSF or for numerous leasing companies. No surprise considering Burlington Northern had the largest fleet of SD40's out of all the Class 1's. Here CN train 422 is seen rolling through Hamilton yard with CN 9411 and BNSF 7050.
