Caption: Here's another oldie from your crummy weather specialist. :o) A lot of hazy and humidity noticeable, and I marked my image as this day being 'soupy'. My initial comment was that this is a prime location for a "Time Machine" follow-up, as it was taken looking east off the Waterdown Rd bridge in Aldershot.......BUT....today I don't think there is a thing left to make comparisons with. This view, believe it or not, today has the Aldershot GO station off out of sight to the left, whilst the trees have been replaced by yard tracks. The Aldershot namesign of course is gone, as is the signal mast; I don't think Cook Concrete is in business on the right side any more; and in place of nothingness in the center of the photo are platforms for commuters. This is quite the scene. CN 1326, 1319 and 7171 with mostly TOFC heading for Hamilton.

Nice to read “replaced by yard tracks” not the opposite.
Nice “open multi” from Oakville in that train.
