Caption: Hamilton has always built itself around the steel industry, in all of its forms, from raw steel coils, to new freight cars,as well as scrap metal and everything in-between. The full cycle can be found all around Hamilton. At Parkdale CN's International Bulk services building is used to offload everything from coils to large spools of wire while right next door a large scrap metal recycling facility loads gondolas. Here we see a truck driver unlatching his tie downs on his trailer as he waits for CN's local to clear the path to the CN transfer building. The crew of the train are busy collection gondolas full of scrap metal next door.
