  1. Extra 2206 East. Note the white flags and markers on top of tender. This makes it a “train”. Note too the spare scoop behind the coal bunker. Used to trim coal pile and clean up spilled coal. Usually a worn shovel from the cab replaced with a new one out of the Stores Dept.

    These 2200′s were well-liked, easy to hand-fire, good riding and fast!
