CP 143 slowly curves its way into Hamilton behind UP 5550 and KCS 4166. I came very close to missing them here having woken up a little after 10 this morning...I had a couple emails on my phone indicating that 143 was on its way. Originally I had intended on going out to Waterdown for the train but Steve told me to get to Hamilton instead to be safe. I actually went over their head end on Plains Road after getting off Highway 6 leaving me less than a minute to get in place and get my shot.

    Yeah, Jazzy Joe, that ^%^$%#^& train was really moving. Guelph Jct at 1030 and Welland by 1205 (I’m told)……..it had already gone by, unbeknownst to me, when I arrived at Grassie around noon figuring it wouldn’t be up the hill yet. I somehow missed scanner talk after hearing the clearance for the Ham Sub at 1008.

    Stephen what is this perpetual affection for Ham – town ? Why don’t you just move there..steel Steve? I know of a nice bungalow at Sherman and Barton, minimal gunfire during the week..eh?…whadda ya say ?

    Hahaha…Hambone…the cultural capital …armpit of Ontario… hahaha..gasp!!! Snake, you could make a killing (oops, bad choice) selling silencers from a Kiosk along Barton.
