An eastbound relatively hot train usually came into town about the same time as VIA's #2. Today, it is preceding the passenger train. It is through Brickburn Siding, and is now in the center of Edworthy Park.
I believe that the fencing was fairly new at the time, and I suspect that there is lots more these days.
