  1. Three RS-23′s: how uncommon is this?

  2. Welp, funny – this is the first picture posted on this site. I was testing the site out with the previous 8 photos and they didn’t stay on. LOL

On OSR? Not all that common, but it happened somewhat regularly…. a few times a year by my math. Last time I shot three on an OSR train was in 2018. After that they began pulling the RS23′sfrom service as they suffered ailments waiting repairs that would never come (in Guelph).

First 506, then 504.. leaving 505 as the only one left in daily service until April or May 2020 when it too was pulled.

Maybe they’ll do it in Salford some day, but not looking promising right now.

  3. This is the first picture on Railpictures.ca! WOW!

  4. This is the first picture that remains.. we had some before this but they didn’t make the database transfer :) (or they were test photos)

  5. Thank you for your service.

  6. Thanks 506.

  7. Always enjoying seeing pictures taken on my birthday. This was my 65th! Thanks, Stephen.

  8. Woot :) Here’s to many more!
