CP 422988 sits in Walkerville Junction at the end of Pillette Road in Windsor. Days before this caboose came in on CP 235. It was used on yard transfers as a shoving platform. I was standing on a cement barrier at the end of the road to get this shot.

A BNSF unit is heading towards Blenheim, ON on a CN local, returning horsepower hours to CN. They would lift 15 cars and head back to Chatham after. Noted in the photo is an old whistle sign that is still barely standing.

Yesterday, I stopped by the CN London East yard to see if there was any action. As usual, with my luck, there was not. I managed to see CN 583 (GTW 5824 & CN 4713) & CN 584 (CN 4908, CN 7071 & CN 4138) tied down on the yard power track. The only other power set I saw was a 2500 leading 509 working under the Highbury Ave overpass.

Here we see VIA 72 roll into Chatham with an LRC consist this morning. It would meet 71 around Thamesville or Glencoe on the way to London.

I was on my way to Port Elgin for a vacation, and decided to stop in Goderich to see what was around. I saw GEXR 3523 sitting parallel to the road. Two other units were there, #2500,& RLK 4001.

Once CN 1437, we see WCR 1012 leading the first Canada Day train as it is heading to the market. As per the Waterloo Central site, this train was called the Heritage Hopper for the day.

CP 8898 west is seen in the countryside roughly in the middle of Thamesville and Kent Bridge, Ontario. CP 7032 representing the third unit was DIT.

At one point in the summer of 2019, CP decided to try and run a CP 652/653. Here is one of the two CP 652s that ran on the Windsor Sub with BNSF 7574 as the rear dpu. I had the chance to snap a few photos as this ethanol train was coming to a stop, where it would meet CP 235 at the Ringold siding. Front power included UP 5547 & BNSF 8257.

After CN M398 was done making their lift and backed up into the yard, CN M331 had their light at Blackwell to proceed into the yard with CN 2154 filling the blue skies with black smoke.

With social distancing being in place, myself along with other rail enthusiasts came out to the John D. Bradley Centre to snap a couple of pictures of CP 7021 on a suny afternoon.

While driving down Highway 40, a friend and I spotted the 1500 Terra job with a fairly large train in the distance to our left. We decided to take the Corunna turn off. We pulled off to the side of the road and got ready to shoot this train. Here we see, CN 1439 leading the 1500 Terra job from Sarnia yard. Behind it is GMTX 2273 & CN 7270.
