Former Port of Montreal (once known as the National Harbours Board) SW1001 #7602 now works at the former Standard Chemical plant in Beauharnois, Quebec. Cars from the plant are delivered to CSX.

CN 327 follows a circuitous route from CN's Taschereau Yard in Montreal to CSX's Selkirk Yard in Albany, NY. It departs westbound from Montreal on the Kingston sub as far as Coteau Jct where it turns east on the Valleyfield sub to Cecile Jct. At Cecile Jct it turns south on CSX rails eventually reaching Syracuse NY. At syracuse it heads east along the Water Level Route to Selkirk.

For most of the year 327 operates to and from Montreal with CSX power. However, CN power takes over toward the end of the year as horsepower hours are equalized. But in this case two UP units haul the train through Dorval.

CN 711 carrying the Brockville Tank-Train on its head-end passes through Pointe-Claire. One locomotive and the Tank-Train will be set off at Coteau, turned and will continue to Brockville with a new crew.

Exporail's newest diesel unit ex-CN 7300, originally 1382, operated today for the first time after a repaint into its original colours. Number boards will be replaced with the correct numbers to match the new paint job.
