Hello, my name is Emmett Liddell. I am currently from Kitchener, Ontario. I take pictures around southern Ontario, mostly of Canadian National, Canadian Pacific, Waterloo Central, VIA and GO Transit. During the last week of April, we took the Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver. During the two days we had in BC we travelled to Mission BC and Matsqui Prairie, during our tour of the unfamiliar area we caught CN X118 Vancouver Thorton - Chicago Intermodal. Consisting of CN 3099 ET44AC and CN 8001 SD70M-2 (Not Pictured) and 143 platforms.

After waiting for nearly an hour due to an issue with the VACIS scan. CP 131 starts pulling through the Windsor/Detriot Tunnel, Just as ETR 107 is making their return from the Windsor ADM Facility and Ojibway Yard on the south end of Windsor.

After completing the 10 Year boiler inspection started during the Covid Lockdowns, WCR #9 is seen making its first revenue trip in over 2 years! With almost 2 full train loads, #9 is seen completing 1 of 4 run-pasts of the day with the passengers and their cameras watching from a country road. Thank you to all the volunteers who put countless hours into re-assembling #9.

On the fourth day of the Waterloo Central Railway Freight Solutions contract with Lanxess in Elmira, the first run was April 12, 2022. They run 4 days a week including Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. All power being used to switch the plant is on lease from the Waterloo Central Railway, to their for-profit company Waterloo Central Railway Freight Solutions. WCRX 1012 is performing WCRFS's first switch on the north end of the plant, which is where all the flammable tank cars go. Crewing the train are Conductor Chris Fox (not pictured) and Engineer Matthew Schilling.

A rare opportunity to take a look at the Control Stand of an old GMD-1 built-in London Ontario. This particular unit spent its entire life within the CN roster until its retirement in early 2021 when it was then donated to the Waterloo Central Railway. (Taken by an Active WCR Volunteer, wearing all required PPE)

On a very short day for the BNML crew. We caught them shoving the BN Operation Caboose back into the shop. It is very uncommon for them to pull the Caboose out. Also, note the magnet Canadian Flag on the front Right of BNSF 2602, which is a GP39-3.

On a trip to Manitoba for some railfanning, we found ourselves following the Prairie Rail Solutions SD40 VLSX 5232 (Ex CN SD40), which made an early morning trip to Grosse Isle to pull a covered hopper from their storage track.

CN B731 races through Paris pulling a string of empty potash cars, destined for Saskatchewan. The locomotives were both CN ESS44ACs 2942 & Mid Train DPU 2859 (Not Pictured).

A late 402 recrew, pulling through Hagersville during the evening hours. 402 sat dead at Brantford for a majority of the day before this recrew took it up the Hagersville with about 27 cars. Motive power was CN SD75I 5733 & CN GE C44-9W 2566.

CN GP9rm 7032 & GTW 5849 give off a nice smoke show while switching out the yard on this bright and sunny November morning. 08:00 is seen switching out some cars before proceeding to Parkdale.

The Ontario Southland Cami job is shoving some autoracks into the Cami plant passing the Ex Port Stanley Railway van 67 with the brand new repaint on 1245 and the cp red 1210. 67 is now in service as a shoving platform for the Cami jobs when they go to beachville to interchange with Canadian National.

HCRY Job 913 with a nice duo of EMD GP40-2LW makes their way slowly through Worthington on the old beat-up Web wood Subdivison heading to Nairn Center to make a set-off at Eacom Timber before heading to Mckerrow to set their train off and head back lite power to Sudbury.

The 1400 Recrew for the North job is crossing Woolwhich Street heading North, with Mike Dacosta posing for the picture. They are going back up to the industrial sector to get some photos before they couple the power to the "RIP" train awaiting to get lifited by CN to be brought to London.

The last Cayuga Clipper passes the Caboose along Tower Rd, on its way to Tillsonburg, to take the rest of the cars at IGPC Ethanol in Aylmer and Future Transfer in Tillsonburg. The 2 matching F units where great for the last run on the Cayuga Clipper.

The Cayuga Clipper takes the last hopper that will ever be spotted at Courtland Agromart. The Centerbeam will be the last to be spotted at Townsend Lumber about 2 miles west of Courtland before making the trip back to St. Thomas.

OSR 1400 leads the Cayuga Clipper heading for St. Thomas. Passing the Putnam sign, after making up their train in Ingersoll. This will be one of the last Cayuga Clippers to be seen.

[Editors note: our youngest contributor and first submission] CN L568 crawls as it approaches a slow order across the bridge over Line 34 (Highway 7/8) Just outside of New Hamburg on their way back from Stratford. The power consisted of GP38-2 GMTX 2254, GP38-2 GMTX 2284 and GP38-2 CN 4713 pulling a decent sized train to Kitchener.
