Caption: Canadian National U2e class Northern 6167 climbs the grade out of the Humber River valley on CN's Brampton Sub, just east of Islington Avenue between Rexdale and Weston in Etobicoke Township (by then part of Metro Toronto). This chilly winter day she's operating a 9-car Upper Canada Railway Society "Steam and Snow" excursion from Toronto's Union Station (9am departure) to Hamilton and return, via the Brampton, Fergus, Dundas and Oakville Subs. The flanger signs in the background are likely for the private crossing of the nearby Weston Golf and Country Club's course.

This would be CNR 6167's last year in excursion service, due to her boiler tube certification expiring she would be replaced by U2g 6218 after the end of September 1964. The CN's Brampton Sub was renamed the Weston Sub a year later in early 1965, and eventually sold to GO Transit/Metrolinx in April 2009, who have since expanded the previously single-tracked line into a multi-tracked corridor for passenger trains and renamed the mileage here Humberview (previously known as CN McGill).
